Connor Sattely is the Hub and Franchise Manager for the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL). His work focuses on creating self-sustainable social enterprises in places like Lagos, Nairobi, and Johannesburg, that will create and support justice innovation locally. He created the Justice Entrepreneurship School in The Hague in 2016 and has worked with the HiiL Justice Accelerator for three years.

Connor is an entrepreneur and former journalist. In 2012 he co-founded GovFaces, a Geneva-based startup providing a web platform for effective interaction between politicians and constituents. He holds a M.A. in International Affairs from l'Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement in Geneva, Switzerland, and a B.A. in Communication and a B.A. Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University in the United States.
