The Hague, City of Peace and Justice has been working on improving access to justice of its citizens together with HiiL. After a justice needs survey, neighbour justice was selected as a pressing problem. An innovation lab designed an effective route towards prevention and solutions for each of the 15.000 issues that come up between neighbors every year. Maurits Barendrecht, research director at HiiL and Wim Jansen, director International Affairs at the Municipality The Hague will talk about how this project came together and what the next steps are.
