Human Rights Friendly Community Program: conducting legal needs surveys through local initiatives to develop local justice solutions
The Approach
Human Rights Friendly Community Program assists multi-sectoral groups from Ukrainian municipalities in finding complex solutions for systemic legal issues of the community:

to identify the problem;

analyze its causes;

select an alternative for its solution;

develop local strategies; and

implement them to make a systemic change for enhancing access to justice at the local level.
