APORVIDHA works to defend the rights of the oppressed, such as minorities, children, women and victims of violence. Its main focus is on the legal defense of these persons, and any person whose rights have not been respected. Along with this, it provides training for communities about their rights, and shapes leaders.

Works to foster citizen engagement to monitor and influence public policy for their development, and fight corruption through legal assistance.

ASODEL focuses on local security measures, in families and gender based violence, along with developing local development solutions to enable citizens to reinvest their social capital.

SEDEM encourages practices to strengthen security and democracy through citizen networks, communication initiatives, and advocacy. Their programs include monitoring and auditing of judicial and law enforcement institutions, legislative and public policy advocacy, and dissemination of information.

LEGIS specializes in parliamentary law and legislative practices. It offers consultancy services to strengthen Congress and the rule of law in Guatemala, as well as providing advice for civil society organizations that seek to present proposals to Congress.

Formed as a response to the increase of human trafficking and sexual exploitation in Panama, it provides shelter, psychological, and legal assistance to victims. It advocates for legal reforms to address human trafficking through the establishment of direct links between actors from civil society and the governments of Dominican Republic, Panama, and Spain.

The ANPDH is one of the leading organizations investigation and litigating human rights cases in Nicaragua.

ANCON has been working for more than 30 years in the conservation of the biodiversity and natural resources in Panama. Their activities are centered on the protection of 30,000 hectares of tropical forest in the Natural Private Reserve of Punta Patiño (RNPPP) in the Darien region.

NIM AJPU was formed by a group Mayan legal and social sciences professionals to provide technical, legal, and scientific services to indigenous communities and individuals. Their areas of work include land and territory, cultural and economic rights, discrimination, indigenous justice, and the criminalization of indigenous communities, to name a few.

Founded in 2007 by the diocese of San Marcos, COPAE works to strengthen the rule of law through democratic and participative actions. Its mission is to facilitate strategic coordination between indigenous communities through legal actions, policies, environmental monitoring, and research and dissemination to foster self-determination and autonomy.

Founded in 2012 to combat discrimination based on sexual and gender orientation, it disseminates information, provides training, and raises awareness concerning the right of equal treatment. It also undertakes communication campaigns and offers legal counseling in cases of discrimination

The Judicial Reform Civil Association works to promote access to justice and human rights in Venezuela. It also undertakes research and disseminates information, offers educational activities, and advocates for the defense of the right of access to justice.
