Vianney joined the World Justice Project in the summer of 2018 after one year working as indicators design department chief at the Institute for Social Security and Services for State Workers, where she led several projects about public policy evaluation, data management and accountability. She has been a member of Mexican public service for five years, and she has experience as college lecturer and researcher. 

Vianney holds an MPP from the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics, and a BS in Economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She has also studied abroad in France (Science Po Rennes).
