Research Assistant
Hailey Bouwman joined the World Justice Project in November of 2022 as a Research Assistant with the Access to Justice team. Before joining WJP, Hailey worked in the nonprofit sector and as a policy intern with Women At Risk, International, a non-profit organization working against human trafficking.
Hailey is a graduate of Wheaton College (IL) and holds a B.A. in International Relations and Psychology, with a certificate in Peace and Conflict studies. Her studies focused on the role of media within conflict and U.S. foreign policy. While studying at Wheaton, Hailey also worked as a research assistant and spent a semester studying in Pohang, South Korea.
