Emma Frerichs joined the World Justice Project in July 2019 as the Special Assistant to the Chief Research Officer. She graduated summa cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Development Studies and a minor in English. Prior to joining WJP, she held positions centered around policy analysis and application. At Stanford University’s Hoover Institute, she provided research and programmatic support for the Office of Condoleezza Rice. In Santiago, Chile, she worked in immigrant job placement and visa regularization for the Instituto Católico Chileno de Migración (INCAMI).
