Intern, Rule of Law Index

Skye joined the World Justice Project in June 2022 as an intern on the Qualified Respondents’ Questionnaire (QRQ) team. He holds a B.A. in philosophy and politics from Pomona College where, for his senior capstone projects, he wrote on John Rawls’ Theory of Justice and the theory grounding contemporary identity politics discourse. While at Pomona, he also completed independent research papers examining justifications of legal punishment and correlations between data on gun control and racialized police violence in the U.S., and studied abroad at the University of Oxford, Lady Margaret Hall. Skye has prior experience interning with Planned Parenthood, the Borgen Project, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, San Francisco Courthouse. In the future, he hopes to pursue graduate studies in political science.
