At World Justice Forum IV, the Executive Office of the United Nations Secretary-General lead a consultation with Forum participants for the purpose of informing the UN General Assembly on the views of a wide range of stakeholders on the role of Rule of Law in Peace & Security, Development, and Human Rights.
Moderated by Edric Selous Director, United Nations Rule of Law Unit, Executive Office of the Secretary-General (at center), panelists (from the left) included Hans Corell, Former United Nations Under-Secretary for Legal Affairs; Irene Khan, Director-General, International Development Law Organization; Petar Stoyanov, President of Bulgaria, 1997-2002; and Abiodun Williams, President, Hague Institute for Global Justice.
